Annual 实验室安全 培训
This training satisfies the annual training requirement for DU personnel working with or around chemicals in laboratories. The online training will take approximately one hour to complete. 实验室安全 training is offered through the Collaborative Institutional 培训 Initiative. You will need to register on the C.I.T.I. website 和 create an account 和 password associated with the University of Denver. Once you have an account, go to "Main Menu/My Courses", then to "Add a Course" in the "My Learner Tools for University of Denver" box, 和 scroll down to "Question 4" - Laboratory 安全. Select "yes", 和 scroll down to "submit". You can now take the course 和 quiz.

Bloodborne Pathogens
This OSHA-required annual training covers all employees who could be "reasonably anticipated", as the result of performing their job duties, to face contact with blood 和/or other potentially infectious materials. Bloodborne pathogens training is offered through the Collaborative Institutional 培训 Initiative. Follow the same steps as described above with Laboratory 安全 培训 to create an account 和 choose a course.

This training is for 设施 Maintenance 和 Grounds personnel to be taken on the first day of employment. A live, more comprehensive training is offered once a month. Both this training 和 the live training are m和atory.

All DU staff 和 contractors performing 热加工 or supervising 热加工 must complete this training. At the end of the training, you will be given a link to a short quiz. 一旦完成, print out the certificate 和 send it to the EHS office via fax at 303-871-4455 or the Mary Reed Building, 2199 S.
